Shipping fees are charged based on weights. Tracking numbers are emailed once posted.
We post all orders made before 4.30 pm, Monday – Friday on the same day via DHL/POS LAJU.
DHL/POS LAJU is a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday – Saturday, excluding the first Saturday of every month and local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 4.30 pm will only be shipped on Monday.
If customers do not receive their order within 5 working days, please contact email@example.com to track your order.
Nur Shila only accept the EXCHANGE goods/products if the returned goods/products is damaged by us or the size don’t fit. The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods/products should be in the good condition. Make sure to contact us maximum 3 DAYS after received the goods/products. If customer didn’t contact us within 3 days after received the goods/products, we will assumed that the customer is satisfied with their purchases. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, the returned item can’t be exchanged. Nur Shila will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer can exchange the item to the same or different products.
